North Shore Track Club has been developing youth athletes in track and field from ages 4-18 since 2020. We focus on proper sprint mechanics while building confidence and leadership in sport. Our seasonal programs include—Fall Conditioning, Winter training to prep for indoor track, Spring training where athletes compete in local track meets, and Summer track for AAU and USATF local and national competitions. No matter the season, we help athletes grow, compete, and reach their full potential.
We encourage family involvement through our Fit Parent program, friendly competitions, and community-inspired events, making track and field a shared experience that builds teamwork, sportsmanship, and fun.
Founder and Head coach Jessica “Coach J” Young also offers advanced opportunities for athletes through “Elite Speed Lab”, where technology including video analysis and electronic timing aid to help develop speed and sprint mechanics for athletes of any sport. As Director of Nike Track & Field Camps, she shares her expertise with athletes beyond the club. These programs complement our club offerings, giving youth athletes additional tools to excel.
